Skippy Lost-ones

Name: Skippy lost-ones

Gender: male

Species: Xatu

Age: 20 Xatu years

Alliance: None, he is loner with his friend Scarlett.

Abilities: Like any other Xatu he can see into the future & past, and will tell you if he sees something bad going to happen to you. Sometimes he can tell you, your past thinking it was your future. Unlike the others he does not fear the future and movies around; because he of this he is faster and stronger then the other Xatus.
Moves- Future Sight, Wish, Psychic, Lucky Chant, Psycho Shift, Confuse Ray, Tailwind, Teleport and Night Shade

Personality: He is hyper always having move because of the lack of moving when he was younger, but does not show it when he talks. He talks slowly thinking every word out before saying it, but most of the time he does not talk to pokemon he don’t know or else he see something bad that going to happen to them. He is smart and knows more then it looks, but sometimes he don’t put his brain to work and that gets him into trouble.

Weight: 33lbs

History: He was born into a light- feather clan, a clan of nothing but Xatus and Natus. Like any other Xatus & Natus all his clan did all day is sit and watch the sun because of their fear of the future. He use to just sit because that was all he know how to do, even though he did not fear what he seen. One day when he was just sitting like the others, he seen a new thing that he never seen before. This thing had wings like him but it move them and can go up into the air with them, as he watched it he envied how it was free and can go where every it like. When this odd pokemon took the sky again he hade nothing to do but watch the sun again, as he watch the sun he started to think and thought, why not me I have wings that should be me. So he went out to learn how to fly, it took him some days to learn. But he was soon up in the air like all the other bird pokemon as he flied he taste freedom for the first time and he liked. Soon he was flying off ever day when the others just sat and do nothing, one day it hit him he was nothing like the others and left his clan forever to go find himself. The first few weeks of being alone was ok, to one day a Fearow knock him out of the sky trying to kill him, because of what clan he came form he did not know how to fight. All he could do was try to move around as Fearoe stood over him pecking at his body. He thought his time had come to an end and gave up what fight he had in him, that’s when another pokemon jump in to the fight knocking the Fearow off Skippy. As he sat up he saw a female Zangoose attacking the Fearow with her claws. Before he known it the Zangoose had the Fearow on the ran and as soon as it was gone she turn to him and asked if he was ok and she said she help him learn how it fight and even use some of his powers. Soon he became friends with Zabgoose named Scarlett and had learned she was kicked out of her clan. Because nether have a clan now, they stated they only called the Lost-ones. Now he wondering around the world not caring where he ends up as long as Scarlett is by his side

Other: He is starting to getting deeper feelings for Scarlett but does not want to tell her.

To answer your PM, it's fine if he sees the future since Xatus are supposed to do that. :3 I'd advise you to talk it over with whoever he's seeing the future of though, might be kinda annoying if you don't.
